1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Noah (the “Service”), provided by 株式会社 GRAN NOAHS (GRAN NOAHS Co., Ltd., “we”). Please agree to these terms before using the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, review these terms and the Privacy Policy with your parent or other legal representative and obtain their permission before use.
Provide accurate account information and update it when it changes. Do not transfer or lend your account or impersonate another person. Contact us if you become aware of unauthorized use.
3. Fees
The Service is provided free of charge. You are responsible for your device, internet connection and communication costs.
If we offer paid features in the future, we will explain the prices and conditions in advance and charge only users who subscribe or purchase them.
4. Content and rights
Copyright in text, photos, videos, audio and other content remains with its creator or other lawful rights holder. You must have the rights or permissions needed to post or share your content.
You grant us a royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, distribute and convert content as necessary to provide and operate the Service, in accordance with your selected audience.
We will obtain separate permission to use your content for promotion, such as on a landing page or in advertising.
5. Communities and events
Organizers should take the necessary steps regarding community and event content, eligibility, safety, and notice of cancellations or changes. We take these steps for events and communities we organize.
Participants should review the conditions and organizer’s guidance and respect others’ safety and rights. Organizer rules must not conflict with these terms or applicable law.
6. Prohibited conduct
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Breaking the law or facilitating crime
- Harassment, threats, discrimination or impersonation
- Fraud, unwanted solicitation or spam
- Infringing copyright, image rights, privacy or other rights
- Publishing someone’s personal information or private conversations without permission
- Child sexual exploitation or abuse, or sexual solicitation
- Unauthorized access, account misuse or disruption of the Service
7. Enforcement
If we identify a violation or safety issue, we may issue a warning, remove content, restrict use or suspend an account, depending on its nature and severity.
We may act without prior notice in urgent or serious cases. You may contact us to request a review of an action.
8. Leaving the Service and data
You can delete your account through the designated procedure in the app. The Privacy Policy explains how data is handled after deletion.
We may be unable to delete copies outside our control, such as images saved by other users or content shared externally.
9. Changes, interruptions and termination
We may change or temporarily interrupt the Service for improvements, maintenance, safety or other necessary reasons.
We generally give advance notice of changes with a significant impact or termination of the Service, except where incidents or urgent safety measures make advance notice impracticable.
10. Our responsibility
We work to provide a stable and safe Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy or legality of user content.
Users should generally seek to resolve disputes with each other, while we take necessary steps such as handling reports. Our legal responsibilities are governed by applicable law.

We may amend these terms in accordance with applicable law. We will announce the changes, effective date and necessary information in the Service or on our official website. We obtain individual consent where required.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes concerning the Service will be handled by Japanese courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
